Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that your item has been unwrapped and there are signs of fault or damage you must send written notification to us within 14 days of your delivery along with supporting photographic evidence. 

Notification can be emailed to customercare@furnish365.co.uk and we ask that you include your invoice number for the corresponding order. 

Please ensure all goods remain in their original packaging for their return and inspection. We will not be able to refund you in full if there are any signs of transit damage or misuse.

We will repair or replace faulty items in the first instance. If this option is not available, we will offer you a credit note. Please note: credit amount is limited to the original purchase price paid.

Immediate Support

If you are at a delivery location and have trouble assembling one of our products, we advise that wherever possible you contact your account manager via our whatsapp chat immediately as we may be able to rectify the issue instantly. 

Marble Tables 

Our marble tops are extremely heavy and fragile, therefore we recommend that they are only assembled by a professional. Breakages and cracks in the marble can occur in transit or assembly, specifically when the marble is mishandled, dropped or leant against. All marble should be checked and signed off with your customer during delivery / assembly as we will not accept any returns after an item has been left in the responsibility of the end user. 

Responsibility of Goods

Risk of damage or loss of the products will pass to the buyer upon delivery or collection from our warehouse, we therefore reserve the right to refuse to exchange or repair any items deliberately damaged or misused following departure from our property. Customers are requested to check all items within 14 days of delivery, including items that are shipped to your customers. We will not accept any responsibility for damages of items that have been in your ownership for more than 14 days. 

Returns Inspection 

We aim to complete our internal inspection of returned items within 24 hours from drop off. During busier periods this may take a little longer. 

We do not encourage a sale or return service.  

However, we do understand that occasionally non faulty goods will be requested to be returned. In these circumstances we will charge a £40 restocking fee per order and a credit for the remaining balance will be added to your account.  Only goods in their original condition and packaging will be accepted.
