WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?


In the unlikely event that your item has been unwrapped and there are signs of damage, you must contact our customer support team immediately so that we can liaise with you to sort out the problem whenever possible. Our customer support team are available by WhatsApp message on: 07932 386 113

Step 1 : Contact us immediately. Our dining tables are extremely heavy and we recommend that they are only assembled by a professional. In case of any defects or damage, you should contact us whilst you are with the end consumer and assembling the item, so that we can help you to troubleshoot and rectify any problem you encountered.

Step 2 : Send us pictures or videos of the problem and the item packaging so that we can complete a virtual inspection. This communication needs to happen immediately, as our team may ask for further details or provide solutions which you need to be able to action in real time. Often, we can solve queries instantly by understanding what you are looking at.

Step 3 : If we are unable to resolve your problem, please return the item to our warehouse inside its original packaging for a full inspection. Ensure any item for return is in the condition that you received it, do not throw away any packaging. We will not be able to refund you in full if there are any signs of transit damage or misuse.

Step 4 : We will repair or replace the item in the first instance. If this option is not available, we will refund you in full. Please note: refunds are limited to the original purchase price paid.

If you happen to receive an incorrect item upon delivery, please report it to the team as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue quickly.
